Mizan Tech Services provides IT support for small businesses and homes across Northern Virginia: computers, networks, devices and accounts. You describe the issue, and we manage it through to resolution, including all communication with providers. On-site locally, remote support nationwide.

Devices and machines
Custom computer builds specified for the work they will perform. Installation and configuration of Windows, macOS, and Linux. Laptops, workstations, tablets, and phones delivered fully configured and ready to use.
Data and recovery
Data backup, disk imaging, and file transfer. Migration of files, accounts, and settings when equipment is replaced. Secure data wiping and decommissioning of retired equipment, with documented chain of custody when required.
Networks and premises
Network design, installation, and troubleshooting for homes and offices. Configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Printer installation and network printing. Complete office setup, including display mounting.
Accounts and email
Account recovery and access management across the services your home or office depends on, with multi-factor authentication configured and documented. Domain registration and professional email are provided through Mizan Digital Services, bundled with hosting and website care.
Websites
Website design, hosting, search engine optimization, and advertising are handled by Mizan Digital Services, our second division. Package pricing is published, care plans are monthly, and the same single point of contact applies. See the Digital Services page for details.
Instruction
One-on-one instruction on Windows, macOS, and Linux, delivered at a pace that suits your experience. Written documentation and handover training are included, so you can manage your technology with confidence.
Professional background
Mizan Group was built on experience in cloud data center operations, enterprise IT, and security operations as a SOC analyst, including roles in government and defense-sector environments where strict access control and documentation were required.
